1. Scope of application
Diego Vioque De Francisco, hereinafter “SecondHandRC” undertakes to respect the privacy of those who visit and use its website, whose homepage is located at the address secondhandrc.net.
The RGPD (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals) which is the new European Union regulation that unifies the regulation of the processing of personal data in the different countries of the EU.

We collect the information you share with us when you use the SecondHandRC Platform. Certain sections of your profile (such as your profile picture, name and description about you) are part of your public profile page and will be visible to other users.

If you sign up through Facebook or Google authentication methods, SecondHandRC will have access to certain personal information (e.g., first name, last name, photo, email, number of friends on Facebook, etc.) from your account on that social network, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

When you use certain features of the SecondHandRC Platform, we may collect various types of data about your general location (e.g., IP address, postcode) or more specific location data (e.g., exact location from your mobile device’s GPS). Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable the use of location services for applications in the device settings menu.
2.2.4. Transactional information We collect information regarding the transactions you have made on the SecondHandRC Platform, including the date and time, amounts charged and other related transactional data.
2.2.5. We also collect aggregate information about your activity on our platform (such as the number of advertisements published, reviews between users, etc.) This information may be published on your public profile in our application.

7. Are we going to transfer your information? How and where?
This is where one of our data controllers may be located outside the EU, such as the United States. We may use this data controller for, among other things, the fulfilment of your service request, the moderation of photographs in your user account, the processing of your payment data, the provision of marketing and advertising services, and the provision of support services through electronic communications.
Likewise, SecondHandRC informs you that part of the systems, data and services of the Platform are hosted or used, among others and by way of example AMAZON WEB SERVICES (“AWS”): This is a set of cloud-based computer services offered by Amazon. SecondHandRC determines the regions in which its Platform data are stored. Platform data is generally stored in countries subject to European data protection legislation. In the event that SecondHandRC hosts content in the AWS and this content must be stored for any reason on servers located in the USA (outside the territory of the European Union), it is covered by the agreement reached by the US Government and the European Commission known as the “EU-US Privacy Shield” which the Commission formally adopted on 12 July 2016. 8. What rights can you exercise with regard to your personal data?
8.1. You may review, update or delete the information in your SecondHandRC Account by accessing your Account and reviewing your Account settings and profile. Please note that information that you have shared with others (such as comments or forum postings) may remain public on the SecondHandRC Platform in relation to your name, even after you have terminated your SecondHandRC Account.
8.2. Where permitted by law, you may be entitled to obtain a copy of your personal data held by us. Before responding to your request, we may ask you to (I) verify your identity and (II) provide us with more detailed information so that we can better respond to your request. We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time and, in any event, within the time required by law. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us using the contact details provided below (see section 13).
8.3. As a member of our website/app, you can access your personal data held by us through your account, to correct, modify, or delete information that is not correct. You must provide us with true, correct and complete information for your online account and keep it up to date.
